On November 1, we celebrate Kerala Piravi Day,- a proud reminder of the formation of our beloved state in 1956, uniting all Malayalam-speaking regions under one vibrant identity. Beyond language, it is the bond of love, culture, and shared humanity that truly connects us.
The Indian Cultural Centre has always upheld this spirit by celebrating India’s rich linguistic and cultural diversity - from organizing Hindi Divas in association with the Hindi Association, to events with the Telugu Association, and now the Malayalam celebration marking Kerala Piravi Day. Through our active literature clubs, we strive to promote and honor all Indian language-based cultural programs, fostering unity in diversity. As we celebrate Kerala Piravi Day, let us continue to spread the light of love, unity, and cultural pride wherever we are.
