A reputed company in Qatar has announced an urgent vacancy for the post of Order Management Coordinator on a one-year extendable contract. Candidates with strong experience in service coordination and automation-related systems are invited to apply.

Key requirements include:

• Graduate in Electrical / Electronic / Instrumentation Engineering
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Service Management / Coordination
• Experience with Automation related systems including Control Systems, PLC, DCS, and SCADA
• Preferred experience in Oil & Gas / Power & Water industry
• Good hands-on experience in ERP systems, especially SAP
• Knowledge in order handling, service handling, PR/PO creation, service entries, and invoicing
• Ability to coordinate service work at site as per company and customer standards

The selected candidate will act as the single point of contact for customers during the execution of service jobs and ensure smooth coordination between the customer and company.
