Doha: Ideal Indian School marked the 76th Republic Day of India with enthusiasm and pride. The celebration began with the hoisting of the national flag by School President Dr. Hassan Kunhi MP, accompanied by the national anthem sung by the School Choir. Principal Mr. Shaik Shamim Saheb, staff, students, parents, and the school marching band participated in the event, showcasing a united spirit of patriotism.
In
his message, Dr. Hassan Kunhi encouraged students to contribute to the nation’s
progress through education and integrity, emphasizing their role in upholding
the principles of the Constitution. The Principal highlighted the sacrifices of
national leaders and stressed the importance of social justice and equality for
all citizens. Students expressed their love for the motherland through speeches
and patriotic songs that captivated the audience.
The event featured a ceremonial march by the school band and a dignified guard of honor by the Scouts and Guides. Boy Scouts and Girl Guides were awarded medals and certificates for their contributions, adding to the spirit of celebration. The program concluded with speeches, a vote of thanks, and a heartfelt display of national pride by students and staff alike.
