Doha, Qatar: The QIFF Super Cup 2025 continued on Thursday with two exciting fixtures that kept fans fully engaged at Doha Stadium.

In the first match of the evening, QRI Thrissur delivered a commanding 3–0 victory over Hot & Cool Kannur, showcasing clinical finishing and solid teamwork. Thrissur struck early through Moussif (Jersey No.22), who found the net in the 7th minute. The lead was doubled in the 55th minute by Salman (Jersey No.45), followed by Herbin (Jersey No.18) sealing the win in the 67th minute.

For his standout defensive and midfield control, Sharath (Jersey No.21) was named Man of the Match.

The second fixture offered the intensity of a final as Grand Mall FC Malappuram powered to a 4–1 triumph over Maps Kozhikode. Malappuram opened the scoring in the very first minute through Jamsheer (Jersey No.8), who later added his second in the 52nd minute. Ashiq (Jersey No.14) extended the lead in the 17th minute, followed by Nawaz (Jersey No.6) adding the third just before halftime in the 41st minute.
Kozhikode’s only breakthrough came in the 25th minute when Muzammil (Jersey No.16) capitalized on a quick attacking move to pull one back.

Despite Kozhikode’s best efforts, Malappuram’s pace and precision proved too strong. Tawfiq (Jersey No.10) was awarded Man of the Match for his commanding presence and creative contributions throughout the game.
