Doha, Qatar: Al Rawabi Group of Companies has launched its much-anticipated “Hot Pass” loyalty program, designed exclusively for patrons of its renowned food and beverage brands — Hot Chicken, Hot Tea, and Café Lovella. The official launch took place on July 16, 2025, at Rawabi Hypermarket Izghawa, in a vibrant ceremony attended by senior management and key dignitaries from the group.
The
event witnessed the presence of Mr. Ajmal Abdulla – Executive Director of Al
Rawabi Group, Mr. Kannu Baker – Group General Manager, Mr. Muhammed Sinan –
Management Executive, Mr. Rahees EM – Admin Manager, Mr. Shanavas Raja Salim –

The
Hot Pass loyalty card allows customers aged 16 and above, with a valid Qatari
mobile number, to enroll without any joining fees. Registration is instant and
automatic upon providing a mobile number during any dine-in or takeaway
transaction at participating outlets. Members are rewarded with 500 welcome
bonus points and a 300-point birthday gift, with points earned at a rate of 10
points per QAR 1 spent. Redemption begins at 800 points, which remain valid for
365 days from the transaction date.
The
loyalty card can be used across all three divisions of Al Rawabi’s thriving
F&B portfolio. Hot Chicken, famous for its crispy fried chicken and
family-friendly meals, operates 10 branches in Al Rayyan, Simaisma, Madinatna,
Furjan, Thakhira, Gharaffa, Al Khor, Wakrah, Najma, and Aziziyah. Hot Tea,
loved for its traditional Karak and snacks, currently has six outlets in New
Rayyan, Mesaieed, Simaisma, Dayeen, Abu Hamour, with a new branch opening soon
in Izghawa. Café Lovella, located opposite Rawabi Hypermarket Izghawa, is a
chic resto café known for its specialty coffee, desserts, and fusion cuisine.
