Doha, Qatar: On January 22, 2025, His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani presided over the graduation ceremony for the 12th batch of cadets from the Al Zaeem Mohammed Bin Abdullah Al Attiyah Air Academy. The event took place at the academy's headquarters located in Al Udeid Air Base. 

The ceremony attracted a notable audience, including several Sheikhs and Ministers, as well as distinguished military leaders from around the world. Among the attendees were HE Lt. Gen. Mahmoud Foaad Abd Er-Gawad, Commander of the Air Force of the Republic of Egypt; HE Abdulkadir Mohamed Nur, Minister of Defense of the Federal Republic of Somalia; and HE Lt. Gen. Eric Kenny, Commander of the Air Force of Canada. 

Additionally, the event was graced by the presence of Their Excellencies, heads of diplomatic missions accredited to Qatar, and senior officials from various security and military sectors, including the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Interior, the Amiri Guard, the State Security Service, and Lekhwiya. The ceremony highlighted the academy's commitment to excellence in military training and international cooperation in defense matters.
