Doha, Qatar: Sahara Volleyball Team, sponsored by Sahara International Education Consultancy Qatar, is all set to compete in the prestigious INCAS Pathanamthitta District Volleyball Tournament, taking place at Aspire Zone today, 13th June, and continuing on 20th June 2025. With 14 strong teams participating, the tournament promises exciting matches and competitive spirit.

As part of the preparations, the team’s official jersey unveiling ceremony was held on 11th June 2025 at Sahara Education Consultancy office. The ceremony was inaugurated by Mr. Ickbal, Managing Director – Sahara Group of Companies, in the presence of Mr. Ijas Ickbal, Executive Director – Sahara Group, and Team Manager Mr. Nasar M. Also present were Mr. Sameer Koroth and the team’s coach, Mr. Vinu A.

Karthik will lead the team as captain, the full squad includes Mansoor, Naseem, Rijin, Edusha, Shibin, Anvarsha, Dilshad, and Sabith, all set to give their best on the court.

The event was graced by the presence of several players with Indian university and national-level experience, adding inspiration and momentum to the team's journey.
