Doha, Qatar: The Department of Meteorology has issued a daily weather report indicating that the weather inshore will remain cloudy with scattered rain and occasional thunderstorms until 6 PM on Monday. The report warns of thundery rain accompanied by strong winds.
Similarly, offshore conditions will be cloudy skies, scattered rain, and thunderstorms at times. The report highlights the potential for high seas and strong winds.
Wind speeds inshore will range from northwesterly to northeasterly at 8 to 18 knots, with gusts reaching up to 30 knots along with thundery rain. Offshore winds will maintain the same direction and speeds.
The sea state inshore is projected to be between 1 to 4 feet, potentially rising to 5 feet during rain. Offshore conditions will range from 2 to 5 feet, increasing to 10 feet with rainfall.
Visibility inshore is expected to be between 4 to 9 kilometers, with some areas experiencing reduced visibility of 3 kilometers or less at times. Offshore visibility will also be similar, affected by thundery rain.
Temperatures are forecasted to range from a minimum of 18°C to a maximum of 25°C.
