Doha, Qatar: Doha is set to host an emergency Arab-Islamic summit next Monday, as announced by Dr. Majid bin Mohammed Al Ansari, Advisor to the Prime Minister and Official Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This summit comes in response to the latest developments in the region.
Dr. Al Ansari revealed in a statement to Qatar News Agency (QNA) that the summit will address a draft statement regarding the Israeli attack on Qatar, submitted by the preparatory meeting of the foreign ministers of Arab and Islamic countries, which will be held tomorrow, 14 September 2025.
Dr. Al Ansari emphasized that the timing of the summit carries significant implications, highlighting the widespread Arab and Islamic solidarity with Qatar against the Israeli aggression.
The summit aims to showcase a unified stance against what is described as state terrorism by Israel, following attacks on residential headquarters of several Hamas leaders.
