On Wednesday, Yemen's Houthi movement announced the initiation of new drone attacks targeting Israel.

In a statement broadcast on the group's al-Masirah TV, Houthi military spokesperson Yahya Sarea confirmed that two drones were launched at Ramon Airport in southern Israel, alongside another drone aimed at a significant target in Tel Aviv. While specific outcomes or the exact timing of these actions were not disclosed, reports indicated that the strikes occurred within the previous 24 hours.

Additionally, on Wednesday, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) disclosed that they had successfully intercepted a drone approaching from the east, which is believed to have originated from Yemen.

These attacks from the Houthi group occurred shortly after the Israeli Air Forces conducted significant airstrikes, resulting in substantial damage to Houthi-controlled Sanaa International Airport and the port of Hodeidah on the Red Sea.
