Anticipation grows for inaugural Polo AlMarsa Qatar 2025 at Old Doha Port from December 11 to 13

Doha, Qatar: Polo AlMarsa Qatar 2025 is entering its final countdown with remarkable momentum as Qatar prepares to host its first-ever waterfront polo event. Excitement is mounting as local and international audiences gear up for a weekend of sport, culture, heritage, and world-class hospitality at Old Doha Port from December 11-13.


Hosted by Qatar Polo Club, with support from The Social & Sport Contribution Fund DAAM and presented by Qatar Calendar, the event aims to bring the elegance and tradition of polo to Doha. The three-day programme will feature elite matches, live entertainment, cultural showcases, and family-friendly experiences. In Strategic Cultural Partnership with Years of Culture, Polo AlMarsa celebrates shared heritage by bringing together Argentinian, Chilean, and Qatari players.


In its debut edition, Polo AlMarsa Qatar 2025 will present four distinctive cups. The Years of Culture Championship Cup will be held on Friday, honoring the cultural partnership between Qatar, Argentina, and Chile. Saturday will see the Polo AlMarsa Cup, with four teams competing in an exciting knockout format. The Mini Mallets Cup, showcasing rising youth talent, will take place over both days. Rounding out the event, the Qatar Ladies Trophy on Friday will celebrate the growing strength and influence of women in polo.
