Doha: Qatar’s Ministry of Interior (MoI) has once again reminded the public to refrain from sharing rumours and unverified information, stressing the importance of relying only on official sources for updates and announcements.

In a message shared through its official social media platforms, the ministry called on residents and citizens to verify any information before circulating it online. Authorities warned that spreading unconfirmed reports can lead to confusion and unnecessary fear among the community.

The ministry also urged the public to follow updates issued by government entities and official communication channels. Officials emphasised that accurate and timely information will continue to be provided through authorised platforms to ensure public awareness and safety.
