Qatar is preparing to host the AGCFF U-23 Gulf Cup Qatar 2025 from December 4 to 16, marking the first time this prestigious age-group tournament will be held under the Arab Gulf Cup Football Federation (AGCFF). The event will bring together eight teams, divided into two groups. Group A will see hosts Qatar compete alongside Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Kuwait, while Group B will feature Iraq, the UAE, Oman, and Yemen.
The group stage will consist of 14 matches played at Aspire Zone, a venue that recently hosted the FIFA U-17 World Cup Qatar 2025™. These matches will be open to the public at no cost, allowing fans to enjoy the action without tickets. The tournament kicks off with Iraq facing Yemen on December 4 at 2:45 p.m., followed by Qatar's first match against Kuwait the next day.
The Final is scheduled for December 16 at Stadium 974, a landmark venue known for being the first fully demountable covered football stadium used during the FIFA World Cup™ in 2022. Tickets for the Final will be available soon.
