Doha, Qatar: Qatar National Library (QNL) has unveiled the country's first book-borrowing station in Al Khor, offering library members a seamless and convenient way to browse and borrow books. 

This innovative initiative acts as a miniature library, representing a significant step in QNL's mission to enhance literacy and accessibility while bringing its services closer to the community.

Functioning like a vending machine but free for members, the book-borrowing station allows users to select up to six books at a time, mimicking the experience of borrowing from the Library itself. 

Located on the ground floor of Al Khor Mall near the main entrance, this station is the first of several planned installations throughout Qatar.
