Doha: The
National Planning Council has announced the release of a survey aimed at
evaluating services provided by ministries and other government institutions
across Qatar.
The
council said it appreciates the public's cooperation in taking time to complete
the survey, which will assist in the continuous enhancement of government
services. All data received will be held in strict confidentiality and used
only to improve service quality, the council added.
Participation in the survey aims to improve the quality of government services, develop and enhance the customer experience, and boost efficiency and innovation in service delivery.
