Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has assured residents that goods and essential products are widely available across retail outlets in Qatar, confirming that supply chains are operating normally and that markets continue to meet consumer demand.
The
ministry urged the public to purchase according to their actual needs and avoid panic buying,
stressing the importance of responsible consumption. Residents were also
advised to rely on official sources for information and not to spread rumours
that could create unnecessary concern.
Authorities
added that strict market inspections will
continue to ensure price stability and protect consumers,
warning that any attempt by retailers to increase prices without approval will
result in legal action.
