Doha: Qatar Tourism has announced that hotel stay extensions for visitors affected by recent travel disruptions will continue until March 14, 2026, giving stranded travellers more time to arrange their return journeys

According to Qatar Tourism, the temporary extension was introduced to support visitors who were unable to travel due to the current regional situation and changes in flight operations. The measure ensures that affected guests can remain in their hotels while they make necessary travel arrangements.

Authorities advised visitors to finalise their travel plans by March 14 and coordinate with airlines and travel providers as soon as possible.
