Doha, Qatar: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, met today with Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, the Minister of External Affairs of the Republic of India, during his visit to Qatar.
The meeting focused on discussing bilateral relations and strategies to enhance and develop them, particularly in the economic sector. They also addressed regional developments and their implications for the global economy and energy markets, alongside various other issues of mutual interest. Both parties underscored the necessity of resolving disputes and conflicts through dialogue and diplomatic channels, which is essential for fostering security and stability at both regional and international levels.
Furthermore, they agreed to continue strengthening cooperation on several key issues pertinent to both the State of Qatar and the Republic of India by activating joint working mechanisms and bilateral committees.
