Safari launches “Go Green Grow Green” campaign to inspire organic living in Qatar

Doha, Qatar: In a bid to promote organic farming and encourage sustainable living, the leading hypermarket chain in Qatar, Safari, has launched its much-anticipated “Go Green Grow Green” promotion across all its outlets. The inauguration ceremony took place on October 7 at Safari Mall, Abu Hamour, and was inaugurated by Mr. Zainul Abideen, Deputy Chairman & Managing Director of Safari Group. The event was graced by Mr. Surendra Nath, General Manager of Safari Group, along with other members of the management team.


As part of the promotion, Safari has introduced a wide variety of saplings, including vegetable and fruit plants such as orange, lemon, papaya, aloe vera, banana, drumstick, basil, curry leaves, and coconut. In addition, customers can find a range of decorative plants such as asparagus, anthurium, bonsai, cactus, bamboo sticks, and an assortment of colorful hanging plants, both imported and locally grown. Safari has also made available a rich collection of seeds for vegetables and ornamental plants to encourage customers to start or expand their home gardens.


To further support gardening enthusiasts, Safari has arranged a comprehensive range of gardening essentials, including flower pots, grow bags, watering cans, garden benches, grass mats, garden hoses, gardening tools, fertilizers, manures, and potting soil.
