Abu Dhabi: The United Arab Emirates has firmly denied reports published by certain international media outlets alleging that funds, including a reported $3 billion, were transferred from the UAE to the Islamic Republic of Iran. The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs described the claims as completely false and without any factual basis.

In a statement, the Ministry stressed that no frozen Iranian funds have been released, transferred, or facilitated through the UAE. It also urged media organizations to rely on official sources, verify information before publication, and avoid spreading unsubstantiated allegations that could mislead the public.
