Doha, Qatar: In celebration of the Arab Cup Qatar 2025, the Workers Support and Insurance Fund is set to launch a series of vibrant “Associated Activities” across multiple locations starting tomorrow. The events will take place at Asian Town, Barwa Baraha, Kreeq Sports, and Al Khor Barwa Recreation Complex on December 1, 4, 5, 11, 12, and 18, from 4 pm to 9 pm.
The program will feature a wide range of attractions, including free public screenings of Arab Cup matches, cultural and traditional performances by community groups and school teams, musical concerts by local bands, and interactive talent shows for the audience.
To engage the public, the organizing committee has also arranged valuable raffle prizes, along with safety and security awareness programs conducted by various departments of the Ministry of Interior. Attendees can also benefit from free diabetic and blood pressure checkups provided by private clinics.
As part of the initiative, four major events will be held across key venues:
Asian Town cricket stadium parking area in the Doha Industrial Area
Barwa Baraha football ground, managed by Waseef
Kreeq Sports Stadium, behind Barwa Village, hosting musical concerts featuring Pakistani artists
Barwa Recreation Complex in Al Khor Industrial Area, hosting community-focused activities
The Workers Support and Insurance Fund stated that
these activities aim to bring together diverse communities, celebrate the
spirit of the Arab Cup, and create a festive environment for residents and
workers across Qatar.
