Doha, Qatar: The Youth Forum Qatar, a leading organisation active in social, cultural, and community service activities, has announced its new leadership for the upcoming term. Aslam Thoufeeque MI has been elected as the President, and Abdul Shukoor has been elected as the General Secretary.

Aslam Thoufeeque MI, a native of Narokkavu, Malappuram, brings strong organisational experience to the role. He has previously served as the Vice President of the Youth Forum Central Committee and has been a member of the central body. He completed his studies at Hamad Bin Khalifa University and Al Jamia Al Islamia, Shanthapuram.

General Secretary Abdul Shukoor, from Tanur, has been active in the Youth Forum for the past nine years. He has served as the Central Organization Secretary and Rayyan Zonal President, and is well known for his dedicated involvement in various activities of the Forum.

The new leadership team includes Vice Presidents Binshad Punathil and Rashad Mubarak Amanullah, along with secretaries Mahir Mohammed, Naeem K.C., and Shahid K. Abidali. The central executive committee members are Arif Ahmed, Mohammed Rashad P., Rasl Muhammed, Mohammed Raqeeb P., Mohammed Shakir, Muhamed Jabir, Ameen Arshad, and Thameem Ameer. Zonal presidents elected include Muhammad Talish (Doha), Niyaz KK (Rayyan), Irfan Erat (Tumama), Khaleel Rahman (Wakrah), and Absal Mohammad (Madinah Khalifa).

The election was led by Youth Forum Patron Abdul Jalil RS. After the results were announced, the newly elected leaders stated that they will work to strengthen the Youth Forum’s activities in cultural, sports, artistic, and service sectors and create more opportunities for expatriate youth in Qatar.
