Doha: Grand Hypermarket, one of Qatar’s leading retail groups, marked the festive season with a grand Christmas cake mixing ceremony, celebrating joy, unity, and the spirit of togetherness.

The highlight of the event was the mixing of a remarkable 1000 kilograms of cake ingredients, held at the Grand Fresh Bakery inside Grand Mall Hypermarket, Asian Town. The traditional mix included a rich blend of raisins, dates, cherries, papaya, nuts, ginger, garam masala, and citrus zest of orange and lemon-setting the stage for the delicious Christmas cakes to be baked soon.

The ceremony was led by Sharif BC, CEO of Grand Mall Hypermarket, and Ajith Kumar, General Manager, along with the presence of senior management and staff, adding warmth and festive cheer to the gathering.

Grand Mall Regional Director Ashraf Chirakkal announced that, as part of this year’s Christmas celebrations, a wide variety of freshly prepared cakes in multiple flavors will be available at all Grand Hypermarket outlets at attractive prices.

The vibrant event not only ushered in the Christmas spirit but also highlighted Grand Hypermarket’s continued commitment to community engagement and festive traditions.
