Doha: The Qatar Kodungallur Area Mahallu Coordination Committee (Q-KAMCO) organized a vibrant members’ gathering, Q-KAMCO Get-Together 2025, at Al Dosari Park in Shahaniya, Qatar. The event brought together members and families representing 12 masjids from the Kodungallur region, celebrating unity, culture, and community spirit.

Dr. Muhammad Al Dosari graced the occasion as the chief guest, while Convenor Sabeeb Bava formally inaugurated the gathering. In his address, Sabeeb Bava highlighted the importance of such events in strengthening relationships and fostering togetherness in today’s fast-changing world.

More than 300 participants, including women and children, actively took part in a variety of cultural, artistic, and sports competitions held after the Juma prayers and lunch. The competitions were coordinated by Mubarak Edavilang and Muhammad Ali Eriyad.

The day’s events featured engaging Mappila songs and entertaining activities, adding to the festive atmosphere. Prizes were distributed to the winners of the competitions, and the event concluded with a spirited community group song led by Abdul Salam and Noushad, marking a memorable end to the celebration.
