Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs has extended the registration period for the Hajj season 1447 AH until Saturday, November 15, 2025. This decision comes in response to strong public demand and numerous requests to perform Hajj this year. Registration will remain open on the Ministry's official website, hajj.gov.qa, until the new deadline in about two weeks. The Ministry aims to accommodate as many pilgrims as possible, ensuring a smooth and organized registration process.

Ali bin Sultan Al Misefri, Director of the Department of Hajj and Umrah Affairs, noted that the extension is a result of the public's enthusiastic response to the early registration campaign initiated in early October. He highlighted that the increasing number of applicants reflects their dedication to fulfilling the fifth pillar of Islam and their trust in the Qatari Hajj Mission's services and organization.
