The International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) has announced that Qatar's beach volleyball team, Cherif Younousse and Ahmed Tijan, has been recognized as the world's best men's team for 2025. 

In a statement released today, the FIVB highlighted the Qatari pair's exceptional performances in various tournaments this year, which earned them the prestigious title. Younousse's formidable presence at the net, coupled with Tijan's remarkable defensive skills, has made them a dominant team throughout 2025. 

Their outstanding achievements contributed significantly to Qatar's success, securing four gold medals and establishing them as one of the most notable beach volleyball teams globally.
