Doha: The Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs (Awqaf) has announced that Eid Al-Fitr prayer will be held at 5:53am across Qatar.

According to the ministry, the prayer will take place inside mosques throughout the country, instead of open grounds. Worshippers have been advised to attend the nearest mosque to perform the Eid prayer.

Officials said arrangements are in place to ensure that the prayer is conducted smoothly across all locations. The sermon following the prayer will be kept short.

The ministry is also expected to share the list of mosques where Eid prayers will be held, so residents can plan their visit in advance.

Authorities extended Eid greetings to the public and urged everyone to follow instructions to ensure a calm and organised prayer gathering.
