Doha: HH Consort of HH the Amir Sheikha Jowaher bint Hamad bin Suhaim Al-Thani honoured the country’s top-achieving female high school students for the 2025-2026 academic year during a reception held for them at Lusail Palace on Wednesday. She praised the students for their academic excellence and commended the efforts of their mothers, families, teachers and all those who contributed to their success.

HH Sheikha Jowaher wished the students continued success and emphasized that their achievement marks the beginning of a new phase in their lives. She encouraged them to work with sincerity and integrity, continue striving for excellence and make meaningful contributions to society.

Recalling a statement by HH the Late Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani on the importance of investing in human development, HH Sheikha Jowaher expressed hope that the students would continue to follow this approach and contribute to serving the nation.

The students, for their part, expressed their appreciation to HH Sheikha Jowaher for the gesture, affirming that her support and encouragement would motivate them to continue excelling and pursuing their aspirations. HE Minister of Education and Higher Education Lolwah Al Khater attended the ceremony.
