The Embassy of India Doha has opened a special registration facility to assist Indian nationals who are currently stranded in Qatar while travelling on transit.
According to the embassy, the registration is intended to facilitate obtaining a temporary transit visa for Saudi Arabia for passengers who need to travel through the Kingdom to reach their final destination. The facility is available only for Indian nationals stranded in Qatar on transit who hold confirmed onward tickets for travelling out of Saudi Arabia.
Eligible passengers can register through the link:

During registration, applicants must upload copies of their inbound flight ticket to Qatar as well as a confirmed ticket for departure from Saudi Arabia.
The embassy clarified that all other logistical arrangements, including travel up to the Salwa Border Crossing and onward travel to the departure airport in Saudi Arabia, must be arranged by the individuals themselves.
Officials also noted that the embassy will require at least 48 hours to process and provide the necessary facilitation after registration.
