Doha: Qatari authorities have renewed a nationwide emergency alert, advising residents to remain indoors until further notice as a precautionary measure.

The alert, sent to mobile phones across the country, instructed people to stay inside their homes or in safe locations and avoid unnecessary movement. Residents were also urged to keep away from sensitive or restricted areas.

Officials emphasised the importance of following updates issued through official government channels and warned against spreading unverified information. The advisory is part of ongoing efforts to ensure public safety during the current situation.
