Doha: M.E.S Indian School delivered a commendable performance at the CBSE Qatar Cluster Football Tournament 2026–27, emerging as Champions in the Boys Under-14 category and securing Second Runner-up position in the Boys Under-19 category, thus earning the prestigious title of Boys Overall Champions.

The competition was held for both boys and girls in the Under-14, Under-17, and Under-19 categories. The girls' teams also performed admirably, winning First Runner-up positions in the U-14 and U-17 categories of the tournament.

The tournament brought together leading CBSE schools from across Qatar, with M.E.S Indian School displaying exceptional skill, teamwork, and determination throughout. The Under-14 team, guided by coach Mr. Muhammed Shifil, delivered an outstanding unbeaten run to clinch the championship title.

The Under-17 and Under-19 boys' teams were trained by coach Mr. Binoy K.K., while the girls' teams were trained by Ms. Shani G.R. Their dedicated efforts played a crucial role in the school's overall success at the tournament.

Principal Dr. Hameeda Kadar lauded the players for their impressive achievements and commended the coaches for their unwavering dedication and effective training.
