The Department of Arabic, Urdu and Islamic Studies at MES Indian School organised a grand Convocation Ceremony to honour Grade 5 Madrassa students who excelled in the Madrassa Public Examination, recognising their dedication and academic excellence.

A
total of 87 students were felicitated during the solemn and well-organised event
held at the KG Hall of the school on May 15. The students were presented with
certificates and prizes in appreciation of their commendable performance and
achievements in the examination.
The
ceremony was attended by students, parents, teachers, and members of the school
community, creating a proud and celebratory atmosphere. The event highlighted
the importance of Islamic education alongside academic development and
encouraged students to continue pursuing excellence in their future studies.
Mr.
Shaheed Alungath, Director of the MES Governing Board, attended the programme
as the Chief Guest. Addressing the gathering, he congratulated the students on
their remarkable success and praised their commitment and perseverance. He also
encouraged them to uphold strong moral values while striving for academic
excellence in all areas of learning.
Dr. Hameeda Kadar also addressed the audience and
extended her heartfelt congratulations to the students for their meritorious
achievements. She appreciated the continuous support and guidance provided by
teachers and parents in shaping the students’ educational journey and inspiring
them towards success.
The programme
was coordinated by Mr. Usman Mayyeri, Head of the Department of Arabic, Urdu
and Islamic Studies, whose dedicated efforts and meticulous planning ensured
the smooth and successful conduct of the ceremony.
