Doha, Qatar: Qatar’s Ministry of Culture marked Garangao Night on Friday evening, at the sidelines of the "Al-Razji" event at the Darb Al Saai venue in Umm Salal. 

Ahmed Ali Al Yafei, Director of Public Relations and Communication at the Ministry, highlighted the significance of Garangao Night as a testament to the Ministry's dedication to preserving authentic Qatari heritage. He emphasized that this commitment fosters stronger social ties within the community. 

Al Yafei remarked that the "Al-Razji" event, featuring a variety of activities, has successfully attracted visitors of all ages, establishing Darb Al Saai as a central hub for Qatari culture and heritage. The event provided a comprehensive experience for families, with activities prepared to engage everyone.

The vibrant turnout at Garangao Night infused the atmosphere with a rich cultural heritage, showcasing the authenticity of Qatari traditions. Children donned colourful traditional attire as they joyfully collected treats while enjoying the melodies of Garangao songs, and participating in various activities.
