Doha: Qatar’s Ministry of Interior (MoI) has announced designated towing hours for caravans and trailers during the camping season, along with traffic safety guidelines for motorists.
According
to the schedule shared by the ministry on social media, towing is permitted
from 8am to 5pm from Sunday to Wednesday, and from 8am to noon from Thursday to
Saturday.
The
MoI has advised drivers towing caravans and trailers to keep to the right lane
and avoid towing during foggy conditions or periods of poor visibility.
Motorists have also been instructed not to overtake other vehicles and to use
the orbital highway and its connecting routes while towing during the camping
season.
