Doha, Qatar: Qatar Airways has announced that while it is working to process refund requests as quickly as possible, some cases may take longer than usual due to ongoing operational challenges.
The
airline said that passengers with confirmed bookings for travel between
February 28 and April 30, 2026, are eligible for refunds or date changes.
Customers are advised to submit requests through official channels and monitor
their email for updates on the status.

Airways added that refunds to the original payment method may take up to 28
working days. It also clarified that refunds will be issued for the unused
portion of tickets, while additional services such as preferred seats will be
refunded separately.
Travellers have been urged to visit the airline’s official website for the latest updates and assistance regarding bookings and refund procedures.
