Doha, Qatar: Qatar Museums has officially launched the 2025 edition of the Tasweer Photo Festival Qatar, the country's leading photography biennial. This year’s festival will delve into themes of belonging through eight exhibitions spread across five locations, with the main exhibition titled "As I Lay Between Two Seas" at the Fire Station: Artist in Residence. 

The exhibitions were inaugurated by the Chairperson of Qatar Museums, HE Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, in the presence of prominent figures such as Mohammed Saad Al Rumaihi, CEO of Qatar Museums, and Sheikh Hassan bin Mohamed bin Ali Al Thani, President of Mathaf, among other dignitaries.
