The Qatar Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka was officially unveiled today, showcasing a compelling vision of the interplay between land and sea to a global audience at the World Exposition.
The Pavilion, commissioned by Qatar's Ministry of Commerce and Industry, features creative and content direction by the Qatar Blueprint, a think tank within the Chairperson's Office of Qatar Museums.
Designed by Kengo Kuma and Associates, the extraordinary structure houses a multimedia exhibition by the international architecture and urbanism firm OMA*AMO. This exhibition delves into how Qatar's 563-kilometre coastline has influenced the nation’s culture, heritage, identity, and industry.
Serving as Qatar's official contribution to Expo 2025 Osaka, the Pavilion aligns with the event’s mission to support the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals. Visitors can explore the Pavilion until October 13, 2025.
