Doha, Qatar: Qatar’s Civil Aviation Authority has issued a weather forecast for the weekend, April 17-19, 2025, forecasting strong northwesterly winds and high seas in offshore areas, along with slight dust blows in some regions. 

On Thursday (17 April 2025), temperatures are expected to range from 22°C at night to 31°C during the day, with winds reaching speeds of 12-22 knots and gusts up to 30 knots. Wave heights could reach up to 12 feet. 

Similar weather patterns will persist on Friday (18 April 2025), with day temperatures peaking at 31°C and night temperatures at 22°C. Winds of 10-20 knots, gusting up to 28 knots, are anticipated, with sea waves potentially reaching 9 feet. 

On Saturday (19 April 2025), temperatures will rise further to 33°C during the day, with lows at 22°C. Winds will shift from northwesterly to northeasterly at 5-15 knots, occasionally gusting up to 22 knots, with wave heights between 2-4 feet, possibly rising to 7 feet during the day.
