Doha: Creativity, music, and independent filmmaking came together in a spectacular celebration as the futuristic Tamil music album "Sundaripenne" was officially launched before a packed audience at ICC Ashoka Hall, Mamoura, on July 4. Jointly presented by SSK Brothers Productions, IVIN Creations, and Rehaab Media, the event attracted more than 200 guests and showcased the growing strength of Qatar's independent Tamil creative community. The evening was elegantly hosted by RJ Kavitha.

The event commenced with a warm welcome address by Mr. Sasikumar, producer and founder of SSK Brothers Productions, who shared the vision behind the initiative and emphasized the importance of encouraging independent artists, filmmakers, and musicians in Qatar. He noted that creative platforms such as these inspire local talent to pursue original storytelling and cinematic excellence.

The
highlight of the evening was the official launch of "Sundaripenne," a
futuristic music video filmed entirely in Qatar. The ambitious project reflects
the remarkable versatility of IVIN, who single-handedly handled the story, screenplay,
lyrics, music composition, playback singing, acting, and direction. Produced by
Sasikumar under
the banner of SSK Brothers Productions, the music video also features Balana, Sasikumar, and Karthickbalan in
prominent roles.
The audience was also treated to a special
showcase of IVIN's earlier musical productions, including Kanden Kaadhalai,
Vittupogathe, Kanakuzhiye, Peekachu, and 90's Otta Dowser.
The screenings received overwhelming appreciation, with many attendees praising
the high production quality, engaging storytelling, and impressive cinematic
presentation achieved through independent filmmaking in Qatar.
Adding further excitement to the evening, IVIN
delivered a live performance of his unreleased original song, "Hey Cute Ponnu,"
captivating the audience with his energetic stage presence. The performance
drew loud applause and enthusiastic cheers, becoming one of the most memorable
moments of the program.
The cultural segment featured a variety of vibrant
performances that entertained the audience throughout the evening. A colorful
welcome dance by Prism
Academy, choreographed by Mr. Soosadima Soosan, set the
tone for the celebrations. The program also included Thullal Parai Isai, live
musical performances by Ms. Priya, Mr. Siva, and Ms. Bhuvi, a visually stunning Visual Poi Art performance by
Ms. Rakshana Maheshwaran,
and an elegant couple dance by Mr. Balan and Ms. Sweety.
The event was graced by Chief Guests Mr. Ahmed Al-Suwaidi
and Mr. Faizal Balachi,
alongside several distinguished guests including Director Shafi Parakkal
(Rehaab Media), Mr.
Shantanu (Vice President, ICC), Mr. Abraham Joseph (General
Secretary, ICC), Ms.
Ones Wibi, Mr. Kathiravan, Mr. Sitendu Pal, Mr. Basheer Thuvarikal, Mr. Mohan Kumar, Mr. Varadharajan,
Mr. Rafeek, Mr. Sathish
(Chozla Hotel), Ms.

The evening
concluded with widespread appreciation for the dedication and teamwork of SSK Brothers Productions,
IVIN Creations,
and Rehaab Media in
delivering a memorable cultural event. The successful launch of "Sundaripenne"
not only marked another milestone for independent Tamil music and filmmaking in
Qatar but also highlighted the country's growing role as a hub for creative
talent. The album is now streaming on YouTube, reaching audiences around the world and earning
praise for its originality, vision, and artistic excellence.
