Doha, Qatar: The Qatari Ambassador to the U.S., His Excellency Sheikh Meshal bin Hamad Al-Thani, officially inaugurated the new Qatari Embassy building in Washington, D.C. 

The inauguration ceremony was attended by numerous members of the U.S. administration and Congress, as well as prominent figures from political, economic, and social sectors, policy advisors, think tank representatives, and members of the Arab and foreign diplomatic corps.

During his address, Ambassador Al-Thani highlighted that the new embassy building reflects the strong and enduring relations between the State of Qatar and the United States of America.

He expressed optimism that the new premises would be a milestone in efforts to enhance cooperation across various fields. The ambassador also affirmed Qatar's commitment to bolstering bilateral cooperation in political, economic, cultural, and educational areas, emphasizing the embassy's role in fostering engagement and understanding between the two nations.
