Doha, Qatar: Forbes Middle
East has released its annual ranking of the Top Healthcare Leaders 2025, recognising individuals driving
transformation in the region’s healthcare industry. The list is divided into
two categories:
- Top 50 Founders & Shareholders –
honouring those reshaping the healthcare landscape through ownership and
strategic leadership.
- Top 100 Executives & CEOs –
recognising leaders of the region’s largest and most influential healthcare
organisations.
This year’s
edition highlights changemakers advancing healthcare in the Middle East through
innovation, partnerships with governments, localisation initiatives, and the
adoption of cutting-edge pharmaceuticals and health technologies. Forbes
evaluated leaders based on company size, sector impact, innovation,
achievements, operational scope, transparency, sustainability, and CSR
initiatives.
From Qatar, ten professionals were recognised

Chairman, Estithmar Holding
Al-Khayyat has led Estithmar Holding since 2022. In H1 2025, the company
reported a net profit of $127.3 million on revenues of $842 million,
reflecting year-on-year growth of 97% and 87%, respectively. His portfolio
includes hospitals in Iraq, Karbala, and Libya, as well as the ongoing
construction of the Algerian Qatari German Hospital. He also chairs Power
International Holding, UCC Holding, Baladna, Assets Real Estate
Development, Aura Group, and TMT Communications.

Chairman & Managing Director, 33 Holdings Global
Miandad has led 33 Holdings Global since 2011. Its healthcare portfolio in
Qatar includes surgical centers, clinics, pharmacies, rehabilitation
facilities, dental prosthetic labs, and medical ed-tech institutions. In
July 2025, ABM4 Scientific, a subsidiary, signed new distribution deals
with major pharmaceutical firms in Doha. Naseem Healthcare also launched a
Super Specialty Surgical Center and opened its fourth facility in Al Khor.
Miandad also serves as Managing Director of Medinova Healthcare in Africa
and Director of Dfine Dental Lab in Qatar.

manufacturing, and cross-border collaborations. Deloitte projects that
the regional medical robotics market will grow from $626 million in 2024 to over $811 million by 2028, highlighting
the sector’s rapid advancement.
