The celebrations, which commenced on May 30, 2025,

events, including a women’s weight-loss competition and a drawing contest for
children. Competitive sporting events such as an international pancha wrestling
championship and a high-energy tug-of-war challenge added further excitement,
attracting participants from diverse backgrounds. Additional championships in
Karate, Kung Fu, and Wushu are scheduled from 5 pm on Thursday until 5 pm on
Friday, ahead of the grand finale.
The closing ceremony, proudly supported by the
main sponsor City Exchange, will be graced by the presence of Sheikh Fahd
Khalid Al Thani, President of the Qatar Boxing & Wrestling Federation and
Qatar’s first professional boxer, who will attend as the chief guest.
Representatives from the Qatar Karate Federation and other distinguished
personalities from various sectors will also be present, highlighting the
significance of this milestone celebration for the martial arts community in
Qatar.

Sifu Dr. Arif CP, the visionary Founder and Grand Master of UMAI, who has led
the academy through four decades of excellence. His contributions to promoting
martial arts and nurturing young talent in Qatar and beyond will be recognized
during the ceremony. The event will also feature captivating martial arts
demonstrations by Indian national stars, a musical feast led by renowned
