Doha, Qatar: Bedford Kindergarten has earned national recognition after winning the prestigious Diamond Award, the highest honour in the "My Values Draw My Identity" educational project organised by Qatar's Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE). The achievement marks a significant milestone for the institution, which secured first place nationwide among 351 private schools and kindergartens across Qatar for the 2025–2026 academic year.

Bedford Kindergarten achieved an outstanding 99.9% score, emerging as the top-performing institution in the country. The national initiative aims to strengthen Qatari national identity, promote citizenship, and instill core values among students through five key pillars: Aseel (Identity and Belonging), Safe Navigation (Digital Safety), Yourself as a Trust (Mental and Physical Well-being), Instinct (Preserving Human Values), and Brotherhood (Tolerance and Anti-Bullying).

The prestigious Diamond Award was presented to Principal Ms. Fathima Lafir by Dr. Rania Mohammed, Director of the Department of Private Schools and Kindergartens, in the presence of Mr. Omar Abdulaziz Al Naama, Assistant Undersecretary for Private Education Affairs at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, during the project's closing ceremony.

Celebrating the remarkable achievement, Managing Director Mr. Mohammed Ashraf, together with partners Mr. Mohammed Ashraf Arakkal, Mr. Assain Puthan Pura, and Mrs. Souda Beegum, congratulated the entire Bedford Kindergarten community. They praised the dedication and collective efforts of the students, teachers, staff, and parents, whose commitment played a vital role in securing the prestigious national recognition.

Expressing her gratitude, Principal Ms. Fathima Lafir said, "This recognition reflects the passion, creativity, and commitment of our students, teachers, and families.
