Doha: Faizan, a
ninth-grade student of M.E.S. Indian School and son of Jafar Karappara, a
native of Kuttiadi, has won the gold medal in the Under-16 javelin throw at the
Kerala Athletic Meet held in Kollam.
Following
his impressive performance, Faizan has also been selected for the Kerala State
Team, marking a significant milestone in his sporting journey.
The
achievement holds special emotional significance for Faizan, who continued to
pursue his sporting ambitions despite the loss of his brother, Fanar Mohamed.
Faizan dedicated the gold medal to the memory of his late brother, whose loss
has been a deeply felt part of his journey.
With
his selection to the Kerala State Team, Faizan now looks forward to further
developing his sporting career and achieving success at the national level.
