Doha: Birla Public School organised a Heritage Exhibition in observance of International Museum Day, as part of the CBSE-mandated YUVA Club activities.

The event, conducted by YUVA Club members, witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of Grades VI to VIII.

The exhibition was inaugurated by Principal Dr. Anand R. Nair in the presence of Vice-Principals Radhika Rele and Edna Fernandes and Heads of Sections.

The Principal commended the students for their efforts and highlighted the importance of preserving and promoting cultural heritage, encouraging them to develop a deeper appreciation for the rich traditions and historical legacies that shape societies.

The exhibition showcased a remarkable blend of Indian and Qatari heritage, featuring models of iconic monuments, traditional artworks, coins, cultural artefacts, and food items representing the unique customs and traditions of both nations. Students confidently explained the historical and cultural significance of their exhibits to visitors, demonstrating exceptional creativity, research, and presentation skills.
The Heritage Exhibition successfully promoted cultural awareness, historical understanding, and pride in heritage among students. Teachers and visitors highly appreciated the initiative and commended the YUVA Club members for organising an informative and meaningful event.
