Doha, Qatar: Grand Mall Doha successfully organized “Elevate – One-Day Corporate Training,” an employee development programme focused on Cognitive Reset & Stress Transformation, aimed at enhancing mental well-being, workplace productivity and personal growth among employees.
The training session provided participants with practical techniques to manage workplace stress, improve concentration, develop a positive mindset and enhance personal and professional performance. The interactive programme was designed to help employees better understand mental barriers and adopt effective approaches to maintaining focus and emotional balance.
Supervisors from Grand Hypermarket participated in the programme, which also highlighted the importance of continuous learning, employee well-being and building a positive workplace culture.
