Doha: Safari Hypermarket, one of Qatar’s leading retail chains, has announced its grand Onam mega promotion, “Safariyonam... Sammanamonam...!”, offering customers a chance to win prizes worth QR100,000 (approximately INR 2.5 million). The promotion runs from August 10 to October 2, 2026, across all Safari outlets in Qatar.
Customers spending QR50 or more at any Safari outlet will receive an e-raffle coupon, giving them an opportunity to participate in the mega draw. A total of 41 lucky winners will be selected, with the grand draw scheduled to take place on October 4, 2026, at Safari Mall, Abu Hamour.
The promotion features an attractive range of cash prizes and electronic products. The first prize is QR15,000 for one winner, while two winners will receive QR10,000 each as second prizes and three winners will receive QR5,000 each as third prizes. Other prizes include Samsung S25 Ultra smartphones for three winners, Asus laptops for five winners, Samsung front-load washing machines for two winners, 65-inch Samsung TVs for five winners, Lenovo tablets for ten winners, and Safari gift vouchers worth QR500 each for ten winners.
Alongside the mega promotion, Safari has prepared extensive arrangements to make this year’s Onam celebrations a memorable shopping experience. Customers can look forward to Indian vegetables at competitive prices, without compromising on quality, as well as a grand traditional Onam Sadya and a variety of special offerings from the Bakery and Hot Food sections.
Safari’s Garments and Readymade department has also introduced a special Onam collection for adults and children across its outlets. The Household section will feature a range of home appliances and other essentials, while the Grocery, Fresh Food and Frozen departments are set to roll out special discounts and promotional offers in the coming days.
