Doha, Qatar: The Embassy of India in Doha has invited members of the Indian community in Qatar to attend a flag hoisting ceremony marking the 80th Independence Day of India on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at 6:45 am.

The ceremony will be held at the Indian Cultural Centre (ICC) in Al Mamoura, Doha, under the aegis of the Embassy of India. The national flag will be hoisted by H.E. Mr. Sandeep Kumar, Chargé d’Affaires of India to Qatar.

Members of the Indian community across Qatar have been cordially invited to attend the ceremony and join the Independence Day celebrations.

The venue is the Indian Cultural Centre (ICC). Al Maadeed Street, Al Mamoura, Doha, Qatar.
