Doha, Qatar: Hamad Medical Corporation has announced the launch of two new specialized services in pediatric allergy care. These services include skin allergy tests and food and drug challenge tests.
The skin allergy testing is designed to accurately identify food and environmental allergens, whereas the food and drug challenge tests are considered the gold standard for confirming or ruling out allergies under specialist medical supervision.
Offered through the pediatric clinics at the Ambulatory Care Center, these services aim to enhance early diagnosis accuracy, improve the quality of specialized care for children, and reduce allergy-related difficulties.
