ICC invites public to support new library with book donations

Doha, Qatar: The Indian Cultural Centre (ICC) has announced that its new library and reading room will soon be opened to the public, offering a welcoming space for book lovers to read, interact, and share ideas. Designed as a community hub, the reading room will encourage meaningful conversations around literature and everyday topics in a relaxed environment.

The initiative has already received an encouraging response, with more than 6,000 books collected from the public. Visitors will be able to enjoy reading sessions, discussions, and casual gatherings over a cup of tea, creating a vibrant and engaging literary atmosphere.

As part of its ongoing efforts to expand the collection, ICC is calling on the community to donate books they have already read. Donors will have their names written inside the books, allowing their contributions to become a lasting part of the library for future readers.

For book donations, the public can contact 55365039, 55868595, or 55527638.
